New course on Wednesdays with Meieli 11.15-12.00

Wednesdays 11.15-12.00:

Lunch Express: 45 minutes of training in which the whole body is strengthened and toned. The Pilates exercises provide you a new feeling and through regular training your posture and body awareness are improved. Your core and deep muscles are strengthened and you'll gain more mobility. Ideal for beginners and those returning to Pilates.

However, since group sizes are limited, we can also accommodate advanced clients.

Meieli J.

Born in 1983 in Basel-Land.

She started her basic dance training from an early age at the BBL studios Liestal, that's where our paths crossed.

Later she completed a BA in Dance Theater at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London, where Pilates was part of the training.

Ever since 2007 she has been teaching Pilates and various dance styles.

She's looking forward to welcome you in her mat class!
