Class description
Level 1 and 1-2
This class is for beginners. You will learn the Pilates principles of Centering, Breathing, Control, Concentration, Precision and Flow. This class is also suitable for clients returning to Pilates after a long break. Not suitable if you have a current injury or pregnant clients.
In level 1-2 exercises from the intermediate Level will be introduced, everyone can work at their own level.
Level 2 and 2-3
This class is for clients who already know the basics of Pilates. We'll work towards the intermediate Pilates repertoire and a strong base is required.Class is not suited for people with injuries or pregnant clients.
In level 2-3 exercises from the advanced repertoire will be introduced, but everyone works at their own capacity.
