Terms and conditions

1. PRICING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

The pricelist contains the current prices of all packages. The package duration is set under Package Terms and Conditions and is binding. The amount has to be paid upfront within 14 days of receiving the bill. The packages are personal and not transferable. Unused or partially used packages will be invalid after the ‘use -by’ date and there is no right for reimbursement. In case of serious illness or accidents, exceptions can be made, doctors note may be required.

2. TRIAL CLASS

Before your first class you will be asked to fill in the client questionnaire to state any injuries or issues you may have. This information underlies the data protection law and will not be shared with third parties. If you are unsure about participating a group class due to your conditions please check in with me first.

3. CLASS REGISTRATION

Registrations are binding. The registration for a permanent spot will be made through me. To make changes or cancellations you'll use your personal online account with Mind Body. The capacity of each class is limited. You can waitlist yourself for a class if it's fully booked. If you need to cancel a class due to illness or other reasons, a 24 hour cancellation policy applies. This also needs to be done online.

4. PERSONAL TRAINING

All appointments for private sessions are binding. A 24 hour cancellation policy applies. If cancelled later, the full price will be charged. I appreciate if you cancel as early as possible.

5. CHANGES AND COURSE CANCELLATIONS

Pricing and schedule changes are possible at any time. Clients will be informed in advance. If there are not enough participants in a group, we reserve the right to cancel the class. You can then visit another class, or it will be added at the end of your package.

6. HOLIDAYS AND CONTINUED EDUCATION

Absences of trainers will be covered as best as we can, cancellations will be communicated as early as possible.

7. ACCIDENTS / INJURIES / LIABILITY

The participation in the course is at your own risk. Precision Pilates is not liable for accidents or injuries during classes. Precision Pilates is also not responsible or liable for any loss or damage to personal property. Participants are responsible for their own insurance.

8. HYGIENE

Mats and small equipment need to be wiped down after class. Infectious skin diseases must be covered with fresh clothing. An acceptable level of body hygiene is expected. Sick clients are asked to stay home.

9. CLAIMING BACK HEALTH INSURANCE

If you have health insurance covering extras, you might be eligible for a refund. I am registered with BGB and Qualizert and I send out the refund forms at the end of each year.

 

Package conditions:

Packages are personal and not transferable . 10 packs are valid for 14 weeks, 20 packs are valid for 26 weeks, Flex packages are valid for 6 months. You will be registered for permanent spots and must give 24 hours notification if you are unable to attend. This also applies to PT and Duet.
