Pilates Class

Beginner course; Wednesdays 5.30-6.15 p.m. (from January, 2023)

 

Learn the six Pilates principles of centering, breathing, control, concentration, precision and flow with simple movements in a small group. This class is for anyone who wants to build a solid foundation in Pilates. This course takes place continuously. 

  • Learn the basics of Pilates in a small group

  • The courses take place weekly online and in the studio

  • The classes run throughout the year except on public holidays

  • You can attend other classes if you can't make it

  • Entry is possible at any time
